Is a Rp 200 juta wedding "too much"? Dealing with family opinions

We have the budget for a Rp 200 juta wedding (both working professionals, been saving for 3 years). But both sets of parents keep saying it's "wasteful" and we should "save for a house instead." I understand their perspective, but: - We already have a house deposit saved separately - This is once in a lifetime - We want to host 500+ guests (big families on both sides) - Quality vendors cost money Anyone else dealing with family pressure about wedding budget? How did you handle it? Is Rp 200 juta even that much for a 500-person wedding? That's only Rp 400K per person...
